Instructions for Use:
Preparation: Before using epoxy AB adhesive, ensure that the working surface is dry, clean, and free of oil, dust, and other impurities. Carefully read the product manual before use to understand the detailed information and usage requirements of the adhesive.
Mixing in Proportion: Epoxy AB adhesive consists of two components: A (epoxy resin) and B (hardener). Accurately weigh the two components in a 1:1 ratio as specified in the product manual and mix them thoroughly. Ensure that the two components are fully and evenly mixed to avoid incomplete or partial curing.
Proper Application: Apply the evenly mixed epoxy AB adhesive to the surfaces to be bonded using a brush, roller, or scraper. Ensure even coverage of the bonding surface and avoid excessive accumulation of adhesive, which may affect bonding quality.
Pressing and Curing: On the bonding surface coated with epoxy AB adhesive, tightly press the components to be bonded (such as metal, plastic, etc.) to ensure close contact and eliminate air bubbles. During the curing process, apply appropriate pressure to fix the bonded area, which helps to achieve a strong bonding effect. Allow sufficient curing time to ensure that the epoxy AB adhesive is fully cured.
