Product Features:

1. This product belongs to the rapid curing series. It is a viscous acrylic adhesive available in cyan and red colors.
2. It can cure at low or room temperature with a fast curing speed, solidifying within 5-8 minutes after mixing.
3. After curing, it exhibits high bonding strength, good hardness, and certain toughness.
4. The cured product has good acid and alkali resistance, excellent moisture, water, oil, and dust resistance, as well as resistance to humid and hot aging.
5. The cured product possesses good electrical and physical properties such as insulation, compression resistance, and high bonding strength.

Instructions for Use:

1. The parts to be bonded and sealed must be kept dry and clean.
2. Measure out the A and B agents in a 1:1 ratio.
3. Take appropriate amounts of the A and B agents and mix them in a 1:1 ratio. Immediately apply the mixture to the surfaces to be bonded and bring them together. Alternatively, apply the A and B agents separately to the two bonding surfaces, lightly rub them together, and then press them together.
4. Cure under finger pressure at room temperature. Positioning is achieved within 4-5 minutes. At high temperatures, the positioning speed is fast, and vice versa, it is slightly slower. It reaches operational strength within 1 hour and maximum strength within 24 hours.
5. During the curing process, please clean the containers and utensils used in a timely manner to prevent the adhesive from solidifying on them.

Storage, Transportation, and Precautions:

1. This product must be stored and transported according to flammable material regulations. The adhesive solution should be stored in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place. Good ventilation is desired at the gluing site.
2. The A and B adhesive solutions should be strictly separated and must not come into contact with each other. The packaging bottle caps or toothpaste-tube caps should not be mixed up to avoid deterioration and render the product unusable.
3. The storage guarantee period for this adhesive is one year. If it passes inspection after expiration, it can still be used.
